Random crashing?

Can you please post the error message
I can't post a screen shot of it but it says something along the lines of "Sims 4 has stopped working unexpectedly" and offers me to options. 1) debug or 2) close the program
Get the details from the crash with this:
Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details
Also a DXDiag might help too

Fingers are all pointing to The Sims program itself from that log.
Are you GPU drivers up to date? If not update them.
If they are already up to date try going to Catalyst Control Center and resetting the 3D Properties.
Try a Repair from Origin?
