"Randomize Sim" Crashing Game

So, recently, I've encountered several issues with my game. I download CC, but I don't have much, in fact, I've seen videos on YouTube where people have LOADS of CC, and their game works fine. Every time I enter the game, and try to use CAS, the "Randomize Sim" option completely crashes my game.

I took out all my mods and retried. The game worked fine, and so did "Randomize Sim". I'm really bummed that my mods are the source of the problem. I tried uninstalling a bunch of programs off of my computer to see if that might help, but it doesn't change anything. 

I've seen a lot of people say that they update their "graphics driver" or something like that, but there's never a tutorial on how to do it, and if there is, it's for a Mac, or for Windows 10. I currently have Windows 7, and I will never update to Windows 10. 

I don't even know if that's the source of the problem. I have no idea how to fix this, I'm stressing out, and I just want to play with mods in my game. Please help!
