So you registered your game on your Origin account and it let you enter your code without having internet and now when you use the same account it won't let you redeem the code again ?
Have you checked if it's on your account ? Downloaded the Origin client: http://origin.com/download and logged in with the account you first registered on and it's not in my games ?
If that's the case, you will need to contact a game advisor for further help
