I have had that issue with CC in dorms before and my sim currently isnt in a dorm She was in an apartment and was at the flea market and when i try to send her home i get this error message.

@MiSzBookworm Okay. Can you remove your whole mods folder from The Sims 4 folder, and delete the localthumbcache.package anyway; and see if it works. Most of these errors are mods and CC related, so you need to do that first.
