All of my lots are gone.

I just updated to the most recent version (Patch for Adventure Awaits) & all of my lots are gone, as well as my saves when I load up the game. Only one save is there.

 

I did everything right, I backed up saves beforehand, I removed mods, but even when I put in my backed up saves, they're not being read by the game. The game is only showing me ONE save and when I load into it, all of the lots I placed down, all of my builds - EVERYTHING is gone. I don't know what to do and I'm absolutely heartbroken. I did everything right. Saves, mods, tray files etc. I have 12 thousand hours on the game & over a year on this save alone. everything I have ever done is gone.

 

My legacy house I built in Bargain Bend is gone, along with every single photo inside it 😭 even when I put in my saves they're not being read!!! I'm heartbroken & just so angry. This game has become more of a burden than anything else.

    Update: It's not recognizing any of my backed up saves when I put them in. Not a single one.

    SEAC53I​  Please make sure you've placed the saves in the folder the game is currently reading, which may have changed without notice.  Here's how to find it:

    If the saves still don't load, please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder that contains those saves, as in, I'd like to see the files' names and sizes.  Include the address bar, above the list of files, in the screenshot.

    If the Sims 4 folder is in a location you don't want to use, let me know where that is and what location you'd like the game to read.

    Please also let me know what data is still missing.  You've mentioned having at least some backup saves, but what about the rest?
