Re: Alien in labor at hospital not giving birth
I exited to the main menu and restarted the game. The alien sim gave birth, but they are stuck at the hospital and the game is threatening to take the baby away. SHE JUST GAVE BIRTH!!!

Have you tried switching to to another SIm that's currently at your home lot and getting them back home that way ?
