Are you sure you've loaded the correct save game and this is not a new game you started ?

The only choice of worlds I have are Oasis Springs and Willow Creek. If you can create multiple versions of that, then I'm not sure where those are kept. Unlike the Sims 3, where I could see all the icons for the different created worlds, I only see two when I go to Play mode. If you can create additional games, how do you navigate them?
You click on the load icon in the upper right corner to see all the created save games (Laden = Load)
