Can you try moving the Sim out and back ?
How much lore does he have ? Anything else different to the Sim where it works ?
Was the Sim converted/game made/CAS made ?
The sim in question is Lilith Vatore, one of the premade Forgotten Hollow vampires. However, today while playing I gave her brother Caleb Vatore all the same powers and his menu shows the "alluring visage" option - it appears the problem is limited to Lilith. I will try your suggestions, thank you!
Did you start a new game for Vampires or play an existing one ?

My youngest daughter just discovered this bug today. Her Lilith Vatore also didn't have that Alluring Visage option available while her brother did & I checked out my game, & sure enough the same thing. The only way to fix it was resetting Lilith Vatore's Vampire Powers. I did that for both our games & it worked.
All my vamps have mist, bat and run, but alluring visage is absent from all my vamps. I have no mods at all.
I don't know how to fix this.
