@angeljaiye  Please try loading a new save in a clean user data folder, just as a test.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play for a bit.  Let me know either way.

If the new save works, you can copy one of your existing saves from the old folder to the new one.  Saves are located in the saves folder, and you can sort by date modified to find the most recently played ones.  Don't add any mods or custom content to the new folder though, at least not yet.  Since you're copying your save rather than moving it, it won't matter that the mods and cc are missing—the original save will still be intact while you experiment freely on the new copy.

If you can't load a new save in a clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
