Do these apply on the ea app bcoz i cant download the origin with windows 11. : )

@MomsRock80 You can certainly install Sims 4 on an external drive using the EA App. The App doesn't have the Move Game function, so you'd need to uninstall and reinstall. Moving the Sims 4 user folder is the same either way.
