@mstaylor94  Try playing with a clean user folder: move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  If the game launches at all, a clean folder will spawn with no content.

If you don't see a new folder after moving the old one, please let me know whether OneDrive is active, and if so, how full it is.  Please also let me know the default location of Documents.  Open a File Explorer window, right-click Documents in the left panel, and choose Properties > Location.  Please list the full file path.  You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but let me know if you do NOT see the correct name, and leave the rest of the file path intact.
