Re: Can't download and install Horse Ranch Expansion Pack

I bought the game, downloaded it, played for 6 hours and shut off my computer for the night. The next day I couldn't get sims4 to launch at ALL. I have since deleted / redownloaded all files, made sure they weren't corrupted, deleted everything and tried again, still didn't work. I factory reset my pc, made sure everything was up to date, tried downloading steam & ea, still won't work. I haven't been able to get ts4 to launch since then. Steam won't give  me a refund for the DLC, so I had to have them just delete my rights to the DLC pack, and I STILL can't get ts4 to launch at ALL. 
This pack successfully broke ts4 for me and NO one has yet to help from EA (surprise surprise, most useless company to be making money) and Steam keeps sending me back to EA, who continues to not help in the slightest.
