Community ManagerRe: can't update my sims 4 game
Hi @Quinny5403,
Are you getting an error message when you try to install the update, or is it getting stuck at a certain percentage?

I get an error that comes up once i'm verifying the update. I've cleared cache, restarted the app. But, it's been doing this for 2 days. ☹️
I get it when trying to install the update. But basically I click install, it gets to 60% and then the error code pops up

What error specifically are you seeing, could you attach a screenshot of that error to your post for me please?
