Re: can't update my sims 4 game

please help i have been trying to update the sims 4 on the ea app and it keeps showing a download error. this has been happening for a week now i just contacted ea a few hours ago they have told me to try a lot a methods but none of them work so i just ended the conversation because they weren't being helpful. im starting to think this is a issue with the ea app and not my laptop.
