Re: change installation folder

@mserovey  The EA App should ask you where you want Sims 4 installed in the first place.  You can't move the game once it's installed though.  Let me know where it's installed currently and where you want it to go.

If you think it's installed into OneDrive, that's unlikely.  The user folder, that contains your saves and other user data, can be stored in OneDrive, but that's a separate folder from the game's program files.  To find the current install location, open the EA App's game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > View properties.  You'll see the install location there:

As for getting rid of OneDrive, the first step is to figure out where your Documents folder is located.  Please search Windows for command , open Command Prompt, and copy and paste this command:

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"

Post the results here.  You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but please leave the rest of the file path intact.
