- @anastazja2002 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post - @anastazja2002 Could you try the file checker tool (sfc.exe) and the DISM.exe restorehealth explained here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e to check for windows errors.
