Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Several Issues after incomplete Installation

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have the vampires pack as well as the magic pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All of my characters as well as some of the building materials are now not showing properly. On their faces the color disappears, there is a ? on their faces, clothes will be white and red/black. I have added a screen shot.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can still play the game normally, however it is very distracting that this is happening. I updated my game and then this started happening.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to see the makeup I put on my characters, and the items I use in build mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I went to play the game yesterday, Oct 8,2020 and this started after I did the update. The only other one I loaded was the Legacy Edition.
Please see my screen shots to see exactly what is happening. This happens on building items too.
