Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Hi @puzzlezaddict thanks for responding.  Regarding the search, here are a couple of snippets of what I found.  I did the program file(x86) search and did not find origin or ea(i originally was an Origins player and all of the Sims stuff I had was in Origins).  I also ran profile files and I found EA Games with the Sims 4 inside so i posted the results here.  I ran random packs/expansions i knew i had originally and attached those search results.

@TsukikoMumai  None of these packs are installed anywhere on your computer, according to the search.  For example, this is what shows up for me when I search for Seasons:

Does the EA App currently think the packs are installed?  Please open your game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and see whether you can download any of your missing packs.

It doesn't even give me the option to manage add-ons and going into the store it only gives options for purchase when I know I have at least the older expansions

@TsukikoMumai  Is it possible you bought all your packs through Steam?  If so, you need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and install the Steam version, then download your packs through Steam.

Otherwise, it sounds like you may be signed into the wrong account.  Please go to ea.com and sign in with the same email address you're using in the EA App.  Open your profile page, click Order History, expand the timeline if necessary (it shows the last three months by default), and see whether you can find your purchases.  This applies even if you bought codes from a third party and registered them in Origin or the EA App.

If your purchases don't show up, then this is not the correct account, and you'll need to figure out on which account you bought your packs.  You can check any other email addresses you have access to for receipts or other correspondence from EA.

If you are in fact in the correct account, confirmed by the packs showing up in your purchase history, please contact EA customer support.

Take screenshots of your purchase history, order numbers included, and attach them when you submit your request.  Be sure to choose the live chat option; if you don't see it, switch the country in the browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

@puzzlezaddict I think thats the route I need to take because I bought most of my packs before sims even got to steam and I know its the same account. Thanks so much for trying to help. Hopefully I can get them back.
