Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

For the missing items, you may need to recover a backup save after restoring the packs' data.

    what can you do about it? i have the same issue and i dont understand what sending screenshots here would change

    @2224322  The idea is to figure out where your packs are installed, because they're presumably installed in the wrong location and that's why they're not loading.  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, so please see the first post and accepted solution on page one.  If you need more help, please provide the requested screenshots.
