@godivareagan  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the first post on page one.

If you find the pack folders and want to move them, be sure to deposit them into the correct location for your Steam install.  If you didn't change the default install location, the full file path will be this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

    @puzzlezaddict no pack folders that I can find. Do not have the demo game downloaded, I am unaware of how to uninstall all of my packs on EA because they all downloaded themselves.
