Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Everything was working great and then randomly out of the blue when I opened the game only base game was available. All of my DLC are in the proper folder. Most say already owned except growing together and highschool years( which I own) now say that I don't own them. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache to no avail.

    @msnikki200082  Please do a clean uninstall with Revo Uninstaller:

    • Put aside your Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts and rename it to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 4."
    • Download Revo (the free version is fine) from here.
    • Launch Revo, select Sims 4 from the list, and click Uninstall.
    • Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
    • Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
    • Close Revo, and restart your computer.

    Uninstall the EA App with Revo as well.  I don't have instructions for that at the moment, but the process should be straightforward.  Restart again when you're done.

    Install the EA App, then Sims 4, and let me know which packs do and don't load in-game.  Please also let me know whether the EA App thinks these packs are in fact installed, or it errors out when trying to install or says you don't own them.
