@Janee96  I don't understand exactly what the problem is here.  Could you please describe it in more detail, for example does the EA App think you don't own all or some of your packs?  Feel free to post a screenshot or two for clarification as well.

    in my ea app it says that my add on are installed but when i open my sims 4 nothing shows
