so, it says i own it on EA but, i dont have a manage on steam option like the rest. on steam it says i don’t own it.
the whole thing that grabbed my attention with it was i’ve been using the horse ranch items up until a recent laptop switch and now it’s acting like i never bought it. most of my recent save files have something horse ranch related and this issue just occurred.
@toomuchdip The Steam library doesn't acknowledge packs you own in the EA App. That's normal and not a problem. If you download Horse Ranch through the EA App, it should be installed into the Steam version and work with your other Steam content.
There is an issue related to having multiple copies of the Sims 4 base game installed, where the EA App installs packs into the wrong folder. That's why I keep asking whether the EA App thinks Horse Ranch is installed, not only whether it's listed at all. I can't help you unless I know the answer.
so my EA says it’s downloaded and i realized i do have two versions of the sims 4 downloaded. one from EA and the other from steam.
