I recently reinstalled my Sims 4 since online mode wasn't working but after backing up my sims 4 it now shows all my packs on the EA app are instead but when I go on Sims 4 it doesn't register any packs.I recently reinstalled The Sims 4 because the online mode wasn't working. After backing up my game, I noticed that all my packs are downloaded in the EA app, but when I launch The Sims 4, none of the packs are recognized.
