Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game

Hello!

I've been having this problem for at least a month now and I can't seem to find a fix for it. I'm hoping someone here can help me. I added my most recent dxdiag file and a screenshot of what pops up once the game closes. It happens at different moments, although I can barely get 5 minutes of Sims 4 screentime before the game closes.
