Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game

This has been happening for 10 days now and it's driving me crazy. Yes, I've checked the current issue post and unfortunately nothing there worked. I've been trying to fix it for this entire time. I'm posting this so late because up until today, I was unable to log in to the EA forums because of some authentication error. If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful. I just want to play the game I paid for.

Edit: Now it's been 3 weeks and still it doesn't launch. Not a single solution I could find has worked in the slightest. How is this acceptable in the slightest?? Any other big game with an issue like this would have become a widespread drama, but not the sims 4. This is just normal and expected for a game almost exclusively known for it's greed.

    Happened to me as well. Spent a long time on chat with ea help. They troubleshooted to no resolution and told me to ask the community for help??? Incredibly disappointed

    Same. Nothing I've tried has worked. It's been over a week or 2 now with no luck. Ridiculous.

    Same! I tried deleting problematic mods and CCs, and even asked ChatGPT for solutions, but none of them worked.

    I'm having this same problem. My game just won't load and says its a problem on EA's end.

    A SYSTEM ERROR happened to me this morning. Or at least that's what it said. Game was running fine yesterday. But this morning, started the same thing I was doing, placing a house on a empty lot and it would not do it. Flashed SYSTEM ERROR over the lot. I restarted 3x, disabled mod as well and still nothing. They need to stop creating new and fixing what they have.

    Same, it won't launch the game at all and its really annoying me because I've spent money on the stupid game and nothing is helping fix the issue. I've repaired the game a few times as well as cleared the EA app cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and nothing has worked.

    same has been happening to me. I don't know how to fix it either, Uninstalled. Reinstalled, I have updated everything, I have rebooted everything. I have emptied  all caches, still nothing.

    I’m the same here just brought it as I’ve just come back from holiday n it’s not letting me download the game. Anyone with any solutions yet
