I'm sure they are not working on for this. I already try to send email to them, they just keep sending me some help from EA HELP which is this kind people told us. Maybe you could try to send email to them either, let they know there is so many people had this issue.
I went to the EA forums and followed the suggestions there - I have removed all MODS and reloaded my Windows 11 - I have uninstalled EA/Sims4 NUMEROUS TIMES and clicked repair everytime! I tried to upload my DXDIAG file to the Customer Care but the sumbmit button wouldn't work.
