Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

Someone please offer a helpful solution. Somehow, I figured it out the first couple of times they did this to me, but I keep forgetting how I do it. I've tried a lot. Restarting the computer, restarting EA, deleting EA and the Sims permanently, removing them from the task manager and even Reddit, for God's sake! Nothing is working! I've been so patient with this game, but every time I get a piece of inspiration, I have to get this! Can somebody please tell me what you do when this happens?
