Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

I tried everything connected. The new windows account didn't work. Pausing the syncing with onedrive and "factory resting" wasn't possible even though i'm the admin on the computer. It didn't let me move the sims 4 folder. is it normal for the electronic arts to have a sims 4 folder and EA games to have one where it says it downloads but theres no exe found?
