I have altered my UI scale in Accessibility if that makes any difference at all.

(Also it's a laptop if that makes a difference. A decent one so far, but still a laptop. Laptop mode is NOT on though.)

    @amanda-amethyst I put mine all the way to where red starts and it was still fine. I've not tested your resolution but similar earlier.

    Plopping down a lot from the gallery displays the "building lot" screen which seems to have a weird overlay effect making colors inverted of the map, which is not normal behavior compared to dx9
