Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except JtB and Castle Estate Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? enable DirectX11
What happens when the bug occurs? Framerate decreases dramatically with frequent, large lag spikes
What do you expect to see? Improved and stable framerate 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used 

Tried the update and I actually got fps decreases. I usually get 60+ fps with some lag spikes/frame drops, but with DX11 enabled I was getting 27~30 fps, dropping to 10 fps during lag spikes. My laptop is pretty old and I'm running on a GTX 965M, so is my hardware just too out of date to see any benefit? I thought it would work because the dxdiag info said my laptop was running DX12.
