@bookabones  You don't need to repurchase your owned packs.  First, make sure the EA App version of Sims 4 is uninstalled and the Steam version is installed and working.  Sign into the EA App, click Sims 4, then Manage > Manage add-ons, and download your packs from there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.  The packs should then load when you run the Steam version.

The process is usually as simple as this, but there are a few known issues.  So if this doesn't help, just let me know and we'll go from there.
