Is it an Windows 8 RT tablet where you install everything through the tiled view/ Windows store ? If so, no you can't install.

If you have a desktop view, it shoul work although in my experience, Origin doesn't work with touch screen. You would need a external keyboard (unsure if the game does).

Also, tablets are usually not strong enough.
