Re: EA App claims packs are installed, yet they are not
@ZedKGaming Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open My Collection, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
If you still can't download the packs, please launch Sims 4, let it load to the Main Menu, quit, and launch it again. This sometimes forces the App to start downloading any missing packs.
If this doesn't help either, please let me know which packs are missing and which launcher you originally used to install them (Origin or the EA App). If you own any content through Steam, please say so as well.
