Re: EA/Steam Launch Issue
Hello @gaddyt13 , so sorry this has happened to you!
I have seen a similar problem before posted about on here. I have just read the method that solved their problem and I will give you a step-by-step on how they transferred.
1. Buy the same 2 DLCs on the EA app
2. Now, delete the two off Steam
3. Uninstall the EA app with the free version of Revo Uninstaller (download it)
4. Reinstall the EA app using a fresh download file
5. Log in with your current account
6. The Sims 4 and all purchased DLCs will still be saved ( game progress still saved too ) but they will need to be 'downloaded' which is technically just updating them
7. All DLCs should be in tact and you should've got a refund from Steam, if not, contact them about it 🙂
