Re: "Enable Online Access" button in Options Menu is missing

It's my daughter's game, and it is a legal copy so It must be the underage issue.  So now the questions is how do I change the age status since shel'll soon be turning 13? Thank you all so much for your respnses!

I'm not 100% positve if it's <13 or <=13, you would need to ask that a game advisor but if she's turning 13 and you're in the US and it's <13, she should gain access then automatically (if that is the birthday you entered when creating the account.

Does the "go online" button show when you turn 13?

Do online features still work in The Sims 4 Legacy Edition?

"The Gallery, game banners, and social integrations are disabled. The Sims 4 Legacy Edition will not display or allow any purchases of content released after the update happens."

I recently had to upgrade to the legacy version and the online feature no longer shows up in my game either. I've been looking for ways to fix it, but I stumbled across this. I also found out that University does not work on my mac either, compatibility issues. EA Games said they may come out with a fix for it, but who knows when. 

But, while on the origin site, I found this as well.

Stuff Packs, Game Packs and Expansion Packs released after September 2019 will be unavailable.

So looks like if you have a metal supporting mac, you will not be able to use the Sims 4 to its full potential. ☹️

Starting Nov 2019, the same things occurs if you use the legacy edition of Sims 4. Make sure you really need it.
