Re-enter your product code

Origin wont let me play the sims 4 unless I enter a  "product code" Which I have already entered when installing the sims 4, I even tired uninstalling the sims4 and trying to start over but Origin still recognizes my username and asks for the same product code. I finally was able to chat with someone and they said it was under a different account that is not even mine and said i would have so have someone call me and help me, which ya ive been waiting 3 hours and nothing yet. Im not sure how this happened. Is it possible for someone to steal your code after you have already played the game? Makes no sence.

    You'll have to wait for that call.

    We're just users here and issues like that can't be solved on AHQ since it's a public forum.

    I was just posting this on here to see if anyone else has had this problem. and I did wait for the call for almost 4 hours and when i picked up it was a dead line and it hung up.

    There are the occasional people that have two accounts by accident but you're the first to say that it's on an account that is not yours AFTER you have already played it.
