@AngelSparkles00  If you've added a file to ConfigOverrides in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, please remove it.  If you've edited one of the original .sgr files within the game's program files, either put back an unedited copy, if you have one, or repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

    @AngelSparkles00  Please clear Origin's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    restart your computer, and repair again.  I'm not sure from your description whether the repair went through, so if it's not working, please let me know what exactly happens when you try to repair.

    If you can repair, and Origin completes the job (you'll see progress in the lower-left corner of the Origin window), but you still can't play, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, then try again to play.  If the game launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Your saves and other user content won't be available, but the files themselves will be intact, and you can transfer them over later.

    If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

  • @puzzlezaddict I tried doing that , nothing happened and it says that everything is fine. i feel like it has something to do with my TS4_x64.exe folder because i feel like something is there that isnt supposed to be there or something is missing. The only files in the folder are chroma animations , core , python , res and then Default , GraphicsCard.sgr GraphicsRules.sgr , python37_x64.dll , Simulation_x64.dll and of course TS4_x64.exe.

    @AngelSparkles00  Those are the contents of my Bin folder as well, so that's not an issue.  Please attach a dxdiag to this thread, as requested.
