I looked up the error code and found an AnwersHQ thread that gives a few tips.

First, back up your Sims 4 folder from the Electronic Arts folder to the desktop [C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts]

Right-click on Sims 4 and select cut and then paste to the desktop. This is the best way to back the Sims 4 folder up. After Origin reinstall is complete, you can move back your Sims 4 folder from the desktop to the Electronic Arts folder.
