Delete the files you have then and trigger a fresh one. It's probably accumulated the same info over and over and a fresh one should be enough.

You can also download winrar and create a rar file (similar to zip). You can upload that the same way you uploaded your DxDiag..

    @crinrictIt says it was created today, when i experienced the bug. It was very long errorlog file. There are also some other ones from older times when i played, but not since last year. My files are still being verified on origin. When it is done, i will run a test with another family i have saved. I don't play very many, i have 2 families i tend to play as, so i will see what happens when origin repair is done.

    HERE ARE THE STEPS I WILL TAKE:

    #1. I will play with the family i have that keeps crashing. When it does, i will try to upload that crashlog on here. Hopefully i can fit it.

    #2. I will then play my other family i have on save, and see if it crashes. Then i will upload that crashlog report also on here. I will put them below this in another post on this page if i can.

    #3. I will then play a new family i make and see if i have any crashing issues also.

    @crinrict I understand. I am really sorry but origin repairing is taking very long time. It is fine if you do not answer me till tomorrow. I subscibed to this thread so it is fine. Ill try to put them on tonight if i can so you can see them tomorrow if possible.

    I repaired the game on origin and it still lagged and froze after a short while. It's just unplayable at the moment!
