Re: Flying lamasin my worlds can't play

@goodcakebaker  Please clear the EA App's cache:

Then restart your computer.  Open the EA App, then your game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.  When it's done, open your game again and try to play.

If you still see the llamas, please start a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know whether the llamas are there too.

Please also post a screenshot or two of where you see them.  Put the game into windowed mode, which is an option on the same page as the other graphics settings.  Click Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture.  You'll see a notification about the screenshot in the lower-right corner of your screen.  Click that, and the screenshot will open; you can save it from there by clicking the Save icon.  Save it to your desktop, and you'll be able to attach it to a reply here.
