It's suppose to be gone. If you want to change foundation height, just click on a room and drag up or down. There should be a tool in the middle of room that you drag with. 😉

Ahhh thank you that's the most helpful answer I've seen from my scouring for answers lol. Totally forgot about that so I was really confused
When I do this it just drags the room down into the ground and it deforms the area around it, also, when I want to drag a room down that's attached to the rest of the house (to make a porch) it just drags the whole house into the ground.
