There have been some changes done to this.
Since you can do them individually now. Select the room and there should be an arrow to lower/raise

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not entirely sure, it is why I am reporting it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The foundation slider doesn't show up. Despite removing all mods, repairing, and re-installing.
What do you expect to see? A foundation slider so I can adjust the height of my house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the newest patch, the foundation slider disappeared.
This is the first time anything like this has happened to me, and it only happened after I updated to the new patch today.
Ahhh thank you that's the most helpful answer I've seen from my scouring for answers lol. Totally forgot about that so I was really confused
When I do this it just drags the room down into the ground and it deforms the area around it, also, when I want to drag a room down that's attached to the rest of the house (to make a porch) it just drags the whole house into the ground.
