@chingmychong69  Get to Work is not and has never been free.  It's included with an EA Play subscription and has been since last October.  It's also only included in the platform where you have the subscription, for example if you buy the sub through the EA App, Steam won't know anything about it.

It sounds like you did have an EA Play subscription.  Did you cancel that or let it expire?  That would explain the problem.  If you received EA Play through XBox GamePass, the same applies.
