I have the same problem: Instead of Millie Bobby Brown Jasmine Holiday shows up. I don't have any mods or CC in my game (I play only with official content).

I'm stuck on Tier 2 of the Positivity challenge aswell. However im my case neither interactions nor dishes will work. Any suggestions?
I have exactly the same problem! NOTHING works! My dude-sim managed to get 3/5 positive interactions, then it stopped. And when he got home, the meter was back to 0/5. My female is not able to collect any positive interaction points on Tier 2 whatsoever.
- If you have the incredibly friendly trait, it's not possible to do the challenge as they don't really have acquaintances.
The reset is strange though
