Did you update your game to the Nov 25th patch and tried since then ?

Yes, my game is up to date and I play everyday without the online access enabled.

I just enabled my online access and went to the gallery and unfortunately, I wasn't able to download a house because it crashed immediately. ☹️

Maybe this month patch will bring more luck.

No, since the patch I was talking about isn't out yet.

You can try contacting a game advisor and have them escalate to a tech advisor so they can help you step by step.

Since I don't work for EA, I lack the necessary tools.
