Hi @canaanlilli,
Gameplay options can only be changed during gameplay (CAS, Live mode and Build mode). That's why that option is greyed out in Main menu.

Not true lol. I’ve had the option to go into the Gameplay SETTINGS many times and only know is it greyed out for me. I have cleared all of my mods and my games cache but I can’t do much else otherwise it’ll get rid of my games progress.
