Re: Geographical security (unable to shop in EA games, likely an outside US problem)
I may have finally figured out a solution myself after multiple tries today and yesterday. As I think I porobably won't be the only one with this problem, I will share this solution.
Please note: This might be a European/Nordic issues do to all the security laws.
The issue might not be about the geographical location, but I did turn on North and Central America in my banking app.
However, you also have to make a chance in categories. Apparently, buying packs is not marked as online purchases, but games on the internet.
However, I did still have to use my PayPal account instead of my card - therefore I will not call this the perfect solution.
As my settings are in Danish, I've just translated to English. Therefore, see the translation as a guidance.
In short: You may as well experience this problem if your default card settings does not accept games on the internet (under categories), and maybe, just maybe because the payment goes though North and Central America (but what the heck do I know).
