@peach3keen In that case, you shouldn't have access to Get to Work at all, and the fact that you do is the bug, not that it disappears. GTW is only supposed to be available through a subscription as long as the sub is active.
Omg is that the case? Because I’ve noticed it happens randomly and then it’ll reappear but I never associated it with my Xbox subscription
@peach3keen Yes, when Sims 4 went free to play in October, Get to Work was made free with all EA Play subscriptions, so that's why you had access. My guess is that the EA App is forgetting, in some way, that you're not supposed to have access, which is why the pack works intermittently.
It's not nearly as good as free, but most expansions are 50% off right now, in case you've decided you do in fact want to play with GTW going forward.

I have the exact sam isssue with my sim character disappearing instead of me going to work with my sim. What would I have to do to fix this issue.
