Re: Growing Together - Download Stuck at Preparing

Almost 4 hours later and I still can't  get The Sims Growing Together. Feeling so frustrated  being a play member  & pre-ordering the first day it was available  and I still can't  download it 4 hours later..... I've  done everything that I've seen  to do and nothing
